Provide administrative support to office staff.
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
Assists with product/customer base research when needed.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Work directly with office staff to assist in tasks that make customer service experience seamless.
Assists office staff with day to day tasks as needed.
Plays a key role in our Chat support, taking overflow chats to assist the customer in a timely manner.
Maintains knowledge of our products and systems as needed.
Ability to multitask and use multiple programs and screens.
Assist Marketing staff with online posting of completed jobs, new projects, emails etc.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to type 60 WPM with a high accuracy rate.
